What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the request form we receive the details you enter: your name, business name, phone number or email, industry, and your message.
- Basic technical data. To prevent spam and abuse we keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address with your request. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your request only to reply to you about Frilo and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and handle requests: website hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). Fonts are served by Google Fonts and logo images by jsDelivr, which receive your browser’s standard request information when the page loads.
Retention and your choices
We keep requests for as long as needed to follow up and manage our business relationship. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent by contacting us through the request form.
Our product
This policy covers this website. Information handled by Frilo’s services on behalf of a business customer is governed by our agreement with that customer.
